Intelligent type
The integrated control box integrates motor bidirectional starting, input and output signal processing and various protection functions.
1) It has a local/remote selection switch and a local valve opening/closing operation switch:
2) The remote state can communicate with the host computer (PLC, etc.) receive the valve opening/closing and other switching control signals, and feedback the valve position and over-torque passive contact signal;
3) It has phase sequence identification (to prevent the three-phase ACpower supply from being connected to the wrong phase sequence, resulting in the wrong valve operation direction), phase loss, overcurrent and other protection functions.
Proportional adjustment
The electric actuator proportionally adjusts the valve position according to the received 4~20mA DC control signal.
1) Automatically achieve the best control accuracy through adaptive algorithm, usually the steady-state control accuracy is higher than 2%;
2) lsolate and output 4~20mADC valve position signal (percentage);
3) The opening mode can be set: usually 4mA corresponds to zero-degree opening of the valve, and 20mA corresponds to full-degree opening of the valve. Through this parameter setting, 4mA corresponds to full-degree and 20mA corresponds to zero-degree;
