PNEUMATIC FLUORINE-LINED BALL VALVE
OVERVIEW
The pneumatic fluorine-lined ball valve is composed of a pneumatic piston actuator and an O-type fluorine-lined ball valve. Its core structure uses a high-pressure injection molding process to line the valve body cavity and the ball surface with polyperfluoroethylene (FEP/F46) or other fluoroplastic layers. It is specially used for regulating or cutting off highly corrosive media such as acids and alkalis. The main components include the valve body, ball, valve seat, valve stem and pneumatic actuator. The valve body material is mostly ZG230-450 lined with F46, which can withstand an operating temperature of -40°C to +180°C
