Female thread precision valve body
Thread standard: American standard NPT, British standard BSPP/BSPT optional, seal with hardening treatment, anti-bite and anti-wear.
Flow channel optimization: full-bore design (optional reduction), flow resistance coefficient ≤0.02, to ensure precise control of small flow.
Pneumatic actuator
Ultra-thin design: The actuator height is only 80~150mm, suitable for narrow space, and supports 360° installation at any angle. Intelligent feedback: integrated high-precision positioner, optional digital signal (Modbus RTU) or analog signal output.
Double sealing guarantee
Valve seat seal: PTFE/graphite composite material (soft seal) or tungsten carbide metal seal (metal seal), leakage level reaches ANSIVI level. Stem seal: V-type polytetrafluoroethylene packing + spring self-tightening structure to eliminate the risk of external leakage.
