PRODUCT STRUCTURE
ANSI stainless steel valve body
Precision casting: valve body is integrally formed, inner wall is mirror polished (Ra≤0.6μm), flow resistance is reduced, and medium residue is eliminated.
Flange end face: RF raised flange/FF flat welding flange is optional, sealing face is clad with STL carbide, and the erosion resistance life is increased by 3 times.
Pneumatic actuator system
Actuator type: double acting/spring return (single acting) is optional, and standard interface is supported.
Intelligent control: integrated IP67 protection positioner, supports 4-20mA/Modbus signal feedback, and opening accuracy is ±0.5%.
Metal seal/soft seal dual solution
Metal seal: tungsten carbide ball + Stellite valve seat, temperature resistance 450C, pressure resistance
Class600, zero leakage (ANSIVI grade).
Soft seal: PTFE+graphite composite valve seat, -196C ultra-low temperature seal, FDA food grade certification.
