SD series electric actuator is used in the structural design of composite structures, the generalization, standardization, seriation products in parts into consideration is more considerate, makes the product by machinery, motor, control circuit, combined to form a variety of different series and specifications, users in the use and maintenance of the greatly reduced the number of varieties of spare parts needed. The basic base of the product reducer adopts the high strength aluminum alloy, the mechanical structure design is concise and compact, the reliability is high, the volume is small, the weight is light;Multiple connections can be installed in any position and direction.

PROFIBUS
PROFIBUS DP is readily available worldwide.It provides exceptional device availability through proven security mechanisms and efficient high-speed data exchange,ensuring rapid communication.
SD series supports the following PROFIBUS DP functions:
Basic functions DP-VO
Functional level DP-V1
Functions of level DP-V2
Functions of level DP-V2 support time stamp and slave redundancy according to the RedCom profile.
Modbus RTU
Modbus RTU is a relatively straightforward fieldbus protocol for simple communication befween the master control station and slaves (actuators, sensors).
SIPOS actuators support the RTU version.
All process data access and assigning of all actuator parameters is supported by the Modbus RTU slave connection in the SIPOS SEVEN. Additionally,actuator information can be read.
In common with PROFIBUS, the physical connection is made via RS-485 or fiber-optic cables.
HARTA
HART (Highway Addressable Remote Transducer) is an open protocol for bidirectional data exchange between control system and field device, enabling both analog and digital communication at the same time.
HART always requires an analog current signal 4-20 mA for data exchange. Higher frequency, digital HART signals are superimposed by means of an FSK(frequency shift keying) modem.
ModbusTCP/IP T
Same as functionality as Modbus RTU.
The physical connection is performed via an external M12 connector in Ethernet physics.
Control system integration

Fieldbus communication with INTELLI+control
The fieldbus, present on a large number of installations, is used more ond more to communicate information ond commands with multiple actuators ond devices wired in series on a single poir of wires.
Thus, the number of information ovailable from each actuator con be multiplied uhile reducing the overoll cost of wiring on the site.

The Proprietory so-colled system:
This is a technology designed by a device monufacturer for his own needs. A Proprietory system always includes the actuotors with the specific bus interfoce, but olso the bus controller locoted ot the line head-end. Only the products proposed by the bus controller monufacturer con be instolled on the bus.

Remark:
1.The electric actuator required by the special technology needs to write clearly and concretely in order.
2.When A+RA300/K30HGP model is A+RS, the working torque is 1000Nm, single-phase power supply, the whole travel time is 30 seconds, and foot-plate installation with integration proportional modulatin with the local operation.
