High Temperature Split Customization

High temperature can damage the circuit board and motor of the electric actuator. In the face of this situation, the solution is to make the electric actuator into a separate type, or directly add an extension rod to the actuator and valve, with the continuous innovation of electric actuator technology, different types and models of electric actuators adapted to various environments play an important role in the power production process. The application of split electric actuators is a typical case. The split type electric actuator can work in high temperature and high humidity environment, it has the significance of application and promotion. The application of this technology achieves the purpose of long-term stable operation of the electric actuator established during the technological transformation in a special environment.

The implementation of the split transformation of the electric actuator mainly includes the preparation of the split control box, the split control box and the actuator connection, actuator debugging and other parts.

First make a split control box, in the control box, to assemble all kinds of electronic components to achieve the control requirements, components, operation buttons, feedback instructions, remote local switch handles, etc. are installed on the control box panel device. If there is a requirement to prevent water ingress, a split control box with a higher protection level can be set, and a split control box can be set.

It can be designed and assembled by itself, or it can be outsourced for processing and production according to functional requirements. According to the site conditions, after fixing the control box, complete the preparation od the control box.
