HART communication adopts half-duplex communication mode, which is characterized by realizing digital signal communication on the existing analog signal transmission line. Profibus communication protocol

On March 15, 1996, Profibus was approved as a European standard, that is to say, this product has been accepted by ordinary flat panels in the world market, and its market share occupies the S position in the European market; technically speaking, Profibus meets field-level data during production. The important requirements of storage, on the one hand, cover the communication requirements in the sensor/actuator field, and on the other hand, it has all the network communication functions in the unit-level field, so Profibus has become a de facto internationally recognized standard.

 

Profibus is an open, manufacturer-neutral fieldbus standard. Mainly used in the following fields. (1) Manufacturing automation: automobile manufacturing (robots, assembly lines, stamping lines, etc.), paper making, textiles, etc. (2) Process control automation: petrochemical, pharmaceutical, cement, food, beer and other industries. The Profibus system adopts the RS-485 physical connection mode, and the data transmission rate is optional from 9.6KB/s to 12Mb/s. The maximum number of slave devices that can be connected to each network segment is 32. When the number of devices exceeds 32, or when expanding the network range, it is necessary to use repeaters to connect different network segments. Like PROFIBUS, the physical connection is via RS-485 or fiber optic cable.
