The fault information is clear at a glance on the liquid crystal display with backlight, which is convenient for troubleshooting. Powerful functions: Thanks to the 16-bit absolute encoding method and unique and novel braking technology, the actuator has excellent control accuracy. Support ESD, interlock, remote condition and other switch control; support a variety of current, voltage analog proportional adjustment control, support Modbus and other field bus control.

Shell
The standard product shell of the actuator has the protection level of IP65 (no ash entering, no harmful effects of water spraying around) specified in the GB4208-2008 standard.
Alternative housing

Lubricating
Use lithium-based gear grease.
Under normal use environment, there is no need to replace and supplement during the product life.
Coating
The surface is sprayed with acrylic acid polyurethane resin. Has excellent weather resistance.
Power supply
Use three-phase four-wire system 380V/50Hz AC power supply.
The product can operate normally when the power supply voltage fluctuates by ±10% and the frequency fluctuates by +5%.
Protective function
The standard configuration of the actuator is rich in protection functions:
Over-torque protection, when the valve is blocked or stuck, the output torque of the actuator will increase, and when the torque exceeds the set value, the system controls to cut off the power supply of the motor.
Stall protection:
In the process of valve opening/closing, after detecting that the valve has not been operated for 7 seconds, cut off the power supply of the motor.
Motor overheating protection: There is a temperature protection switch embedded in the motor winding.

Phase Correction:
When a three-phase power supply is used, the actuator automatically identifies whether the phase sequence of the power supply is correct and corrects it.
Phase loss protection:
When a phase loss of the power supply is detected, the power supply is cut off.
When the reason is removed, it will automatically recover.
Overcurrent protection:
When the current overload is detected, the power supply will be cut off, and after 10 minutes, it will automatically recover and detect again. Instantaneous reverse protection:
Prevent damage to the actuator due to the instantaneous reverse rotation of the motor.
