An electric actuator is a device that achieves linear or rotational motion through an electric motor, a gearbox, and a mechanical transmission mechanism. In general, the operation of an electric actuator mainly includes the following steps
1. Power on
Before using the electric actuator, it is necessary to connect it to the power supply and make electrical connections to ensure that the electric actuator works normally,
2. Manual/Auto switching
Electric actuators can be divided into two modes: manual and auto. In manual mode, the handle or operator of the electric actuator needs to be manually turned to achieve movement. In auto mode, the controller of the electric actuator needs to be adjusted to achieve movement.
3. Motion control
Motion control is the most critical part of the operation of an electric actuator. By adjusting the controller parameters of the electric actuator, the running direction, speed, and position control of the electric actuator can be achieved.
