1. When the electric actuator leaves the factory, the two mechanical limit screws on the device have been adjusted and tightened. There is no special requirement, and the user does not need to loosen it. 2. If the limit screw must be adjusted, the valve position limited by the screw should be determined first. When the valve is turned to the right to close, the right side is the close limit screw, and the left side is the open limit screw (when the opening window of the box cover is upward, face the limit screw to adjust the end face). 3. When the limit position of the valve (or the required position) is adjusted, first screw the limit screw inward to contact with the end face of the fan-shaped worm gear, and then return it by 0.5-1 circle (making it a stroke limit or overtorque). safety protection). Finally, the loosening nut at the outer end of the limit screw is securely tightened, and the mechanical limit adjustment of the electric actuator is completed. 4. Open and close operation test of electric actuator limit principle: After checking the opening and closing settings and mechanical limit, open or close the valve three times (use the switch button on the control, and check the on/off indicator light at the same time) .
