Structure Features

What does the actuator mainly consist of?

The actuator is mainly composed of a motor (single-phase or three-phase), a gearbox, a switch control box, a mechanical limit device and a handwheel.

Man-Machine LCD Display

The human-machine interface LCD display shows the valve position, torque and functional status of the actuator in Chinese/English, numbers, graphics, etc. On-site operation unit: The local magnetic knob switch can switch the on-site and remote control states in a state completely isolated from the electrical box to easily control and set the actuator.

Circuit Board

The circuit board is the core of the entire control system and has the ability to work in a coordinated and effective manner in various environments.

Over Torque Protection

The actuator uses an over-torque protection measurement mechanism. When the set torque range is exceeded, the actuator will be locked to output the signal in that direction, and the motor will stop rotating, thereby protecting the valve, the actuator's transmission parts and the motor. When the fault is eliminated, the actuator can resume normal operation by powering off or instantly reversing the signal.

The circuit board is the core of the entire control system, and it is able to coordinate and work effectively in various environments. It can suppress various external interferences, work normally in a specific electromagnetic environment, and reduce the electromagnetic interference of the electronic equipment itself to other electronic equipment. The position transmitter of the actuator is composed of the position sensor and the current conversion circuit on the actuator. Its functional principle is to convert the rotation (displacement) change of the actuator into a 4~20MA current signal as a position indication signal and feed it back to the computer.

The human-machine interface LCD display window displays the valve position, torque and functional status of the actuator in Chinese/English, numbers, graphics, etc. Local operation unit: The local magnetic knob switch can switch the on-site and remote control states in a state completely isolated from the electrical box to easily control and set the actuator.

The motor has good servo characteristics, that is, it has a high starting torque multiple, low starting current and small rotational inertia. A temperature switch is installed inside the motor stator for overheat protection. When the motor is abnormally overheated, the switch is disconnected, and the circuit controlling the motor is disconnected, thereby protecting the motor and the actuator from being burned. When the motor cools down, the switch is turned on again and the motor resumes working.
