QT intelligent electric actuator is a product developed by our company. It can receive switch signals (passive dry contact, active 24V, active 220V, inching and holding switchable) or analog signals (DC4~20mA, 0~10V, etc.) from the DCS system, and can be driven directly or driven by contactors or solid-state relays. It outputs DC4~20mA feedback current and four relay contacts (open position, closed position, remote control, fault alarm). The component integrates servo control unit, LCD display unit, knob operation and other units. This product is easy to operate and has perfect protection functions. It is suitable for controlling butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves and other valves that make 90° rotation. It is small in size, light in weight, and has the characteristics of high efficiency, high reliability, high protection performance, low noise, etc. It can be controlled on site and remotely. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power generation, water treatment and other industries.
This product complies with GB/T8528-97 "Technical Requirements for Ordinary Electric Valve Actuator".
There are two types of power supply: 220V single-phase and 380V three-phase (users can choose).
The product is outdoor type and its protection grade is IP67.

The working environment does not contain highly corrosive media.
Do not use in environments with explosive mixed gases.
