Overview
The pneumatic actuator is composed of a compact double (single) piston gear and rack-type structure with precise meshing, smooth transmission, and stable output torque. The cylinder body is made of extruded aluminum alloy and has been hard-anodized, with a hard surface and strong durability. The movable parts of the piston and output shaft are supported by flexible materials to avoid direct contact between metal parts and reduce wear and friction. The cylinder block, end cover, output shaft, springs and fasteners are all treated with anti-corrosion treatment. The adjusting screws at both ends can adjust the opening of the valve. Light weight, flexible transmission and long service life. (Single-acting springs are installed after pre-compression, are easy to install and disassemble, and have good safety)
